Learning Pro provides an on-site locker suitable for storing only small items such as watches, wallets, mobile phones, and keys. Please note that we recommend that all exam candidates refrain from bringing large bags or suitcases to the centre.

For exams, especially those for AAT and ACCA that are not open-book, it is essential to bring a pen and an approved calculator. We will supply scrap paper for your exam notes and calculations. Please note that all used scrap paper must be handed over to the invigilator or left on the desk; it cannot be removed from the exam room, as per regulations.

IDs—You must bring a valid and original photo ID (commonly a valid passport or a driving licence). After booking your exam at Learning Pro, please read the confirmation email you received from us or any other websites, such as Pearson Vue or PSI. Some exam bodies require 2 ID proofs. For example, you need a Primary photo ID (a valid passport or a driving licence) and a Secondary signature ID, such as a debit and credit card with your signature. It is safe to bring both types of IDs – photo and signature as we will follow the exam-specific guidelines, which will be most commonly sent to you by email after booking your exam.

For AAT and ACCA exams, we recommend booking your exam at least 24 hours before (Monday through Friday). For Monday exams, you must book your exam by Saturday at 5 PM. Our exam booking system may allow you to book your AAT and ACCA exams even on the same day. In most cases, we can conduct your exam on the same day. However, we can’t guarantee it.

Please be aware of our T&Cs, particularly section 3; the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you book your exam for the same day and somehow we are unable to conduct it, we can only reschedule it for your next convenient day and the slot we offer. The fee can’t be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.

We conduct all AAT exam levels—1 to 4 (including level 1, 2, and 3 bookkeeping courses and level 2, 3, and 4 accounting courses), as well as the Apprenticeship EPAs (End-Point Assessments). Please contact us to inquire about the Apprenticeship EPAs further. Learning Pro also offers all available AAT Remote Invigilation (RI).

The AAT bookkeeping and accounting qualifications have two standard units—for example, ITBK and POBC at level 2, and FAPS and TPFB at level 3. Select the correct course from the dropdown, such as level 2 or 3; you will see four units, each 2 for the bookkeeping and all 4 for the accounting. Select your desired unit from the options. Several factors affect the availability of AAT assessment results. Here are three significant factors to consider:

  • Marking methods: Computer-Marked (CM) and Externally-Marked (EM)
  • Study Methods: Standards and End-Point Assessments (EPAs)
  • Assessment Methods – Centre-Based and Remote Invigilation

Most computer-marked assessment results are available within 24 hours or by the end of the next working day after submission. In most cases, you can view the results on your MyAAT portal just after finishing your assessment.

Results for computer-marked under Remote Invigilation are released within 10 working days unless there are any issues.

The externally marked assessment (for centre-based and remote invigilation) and EPA results are available in the portal within four weeks after submission. The results are released on a particular date, which you can check by clicking here. You may need to log in to your MyAAT account.

All results are released within the MyAAT portal, and you will receive an email notification when they are available.

AAT also conducts quality checks periodically. Some computer-marked unit results may take more than 24 hours or occasionally up to two working weeks to process.
