AAT Exam Information

This page is dedicated to the technical aspects of the AAT Exam Information. Here, you will discover the key details and essential information necessary for your upcoming final exam/assessment, whether it be at a testing centre or through remote invigilation (RI) from home.

AAT Exam Platform

AAT exams are exclusively administered through the Atlas Cloud platform. To ensure a seamless and stress-free exam experience at the centre on your scheduled exam day, it is crucial to have your login details in advance. Please read below how to access the AAT exam platform.

Access to the AAT Exam Platform

Before attending your exam at any exam centre, including Learning Pro, you must ensure one of the following:

  1. You created your Atlas Cloud account – if it is your 1st AAT Q2022 exam
  2. You remember your Atlas Cloud password – if you already created your account before
If it’s your first exam:

It is crucial that you receive an email from noreply@psionline.com before your exam. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. Upon locating the email, click on the link to create a password. If you do not find the email, contact Learning Pro immediately at 020 3581 6696 or contact@learningpro.co.uk.

For exams at other venues, reach out to them promptly during weekdays as AAT Support Desk hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. This step will enable us to address any potential technical issues with the AAT support team.

If you already have an Atlas Cloud account:

You can check if you remember your Atlas Cloud password. To check it, please CLICK HERE to go to the Atlas Cloud platform. Your AAT membership number (AAT ID) is your Username, which (if you don’t remember) you can get from your AAT account. You can also find this information from our booking email/s. You will then need your password, which you must have set up when you created your Atlas Cloud account at the time of or before taking your first AAT exam.

If you don’t recall your password, click the “Reset password” button. Then, enter your AAT membership number. You will then receive an email to reset your password. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t find the email in your inbox.

Sometimes, you may not receive the reset password email due to technical issues. In this case, please get in touch with AAT immediately. You can CLICK HERE to see details about the support available by AAT and the ways to contact them.

On the AAT Exam day

As mentioned above, you must confirm that you have your Atlas Cloud login details with you when you come to the exam centre. The exam can’t be conducted without them, particularly on weekends. The process of creating, retrieving and checking your password is mentioned above.

You are advised to come 15 minutes before your exam time along with two original proofs of ID – one photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) and another signature ID (any debit or credit card with your signature on that). Please bring along a pen/pencil and an approved calculator (by your exam body). Calculators permitted in the exam room include scientific models with basic programming and standard memory functions, financial calculators, and solar-powered options. Casio, Sharp, Texas Instruments, Hewlett Packard, and Canon are commonly accepted brands for exams. For more information, refer to CIMA’s list of approved calculators. Scrap papers will be provided. Non-compliance to any of the above will result in the exam being suspended, and a fresh exam booking with complete fee payment will be required.
