The qualification covers the following key topics:

 

  • Set up accounting software
  • Process sales and purchase transactions
  • Perform bank and cash transactions
  • Perform periodic and routine tasks
  • Produce reports

 

This qualification consists of 1 unit with one assessment.

Assessment: 1 computer-based assessment (120 minutes)

 

No previous knowledge or skill required. AAT SkillCheck is required. Basic level of Maths and English required.

 

After this qualification you can further progress to level 2 and 3 bookkeeping and accounting qualifications.
