AAT level 2 accounting software, also known as AAT Foundation Award in Accounting Software will build on your knowledge and practical skills of using accounting software. You will learn to enter accounting transactions and produce a range of reports. Most learners start at this level.
The qualification covers the following key topics:
- Set up accounting software
- Process sales and purchase transactions
- Perform bank and cash transactions
- Perform periodic and routine tasks
- Produce reports
This qualification consists of 1 unit with one assessment.
Assessment: 1 computer-based assessment (120 minutes)
No previous knowledge or skill required. AAT SkillCheck is required. Basic level of Maths and English required.
After this qualification you can further progress to level 2 and 3 bookkeeping and accounting qualifications.
