Learning Pro offers all AAT Exams (Computer-Based Assessments – CBAs). This page is only for the centre-based assessment. By booking your AAT exams on this page, you need to come to our centre to take them. If you are looking to take the AAT Remote Invigilation (AAT RI) exams from home or the office, there is a separate exam booking page available. Click on the “Exams” tab in the top menu to access the AAT RI booking page.

Learning Pro conducts AAT exams Monday through Saturday at various time slots. Please review our step-by-step booking form on the page to view all available time slots.

To offer weekend and evening slots, an additional £10 admin fee will apply. If you select a weekend or evening slot, it will be automatically added to your booking. You will see the final fee on the payment page. Please check carefully before proceeding further.
The standard fee you see on each unit is applicable to weekday slots, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 05:00 PM.

Learning Pro offers an on-site locker suitable for storing small items, such as watches, wallets, mobile phones, and keys. Please note that we recommend that all exam candidates refrain from bringing large bags or suitcases to the centre.

For AAT exams at our centre, it is essential to bring a pen and an approved calculator. We will supply scrap paper for your exam notes and calculations. Please note that all used scrap paper must be handed over to the invigilator or left on the desk; it cannot be removed from the exam room, as per regulations.

IDs—You must bring a valid and original photo ID (typically a valid passport or driver’s license). After booking your AAT Exams at Learning Pro, please review the confirmation email you received from us to learn about the required IDs.

IDs—You must bring a valid and original photo ID (typically a valid passport or driver’s license).

For AAT Exams at Learning Pro, we recommend booking your exam at least 24 hours before (Monday through Friday). For Monday exams, you must book your exam by Friday at 5 PM. Our exam booking system may allow you to book your exams even on the same day. In most cases, we can conduct your exam on the same day. However, we can’t guarantee it.

Please be aware of our Terms and Conditions, particularly Section 3, as the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you book your AAT exams for the same day and somehow we are unable to conduct them, we can only reschedule them for your next convenient day and the slot we offer. The fee can’t be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.

We conduct all AAT exam levels—1 to 4 (including Level 1, 2, and 3 bookkeeping courses and Level 2, 3, and 4 accounting courses), as well as the Apprenticeship End-Point Assessments (EPAs). Learning Pro also offers all available AAT Remote Invigilation (RI). Please visit on a separate page for the AAT RI.

The AAT bookkeeping and accounting qualifications comprise two standard units—for example, ITBK and POBC for Level 2, and FAPS and TPFB for Level 3. Select the correct course from the options on the booking form above, such as Level 2 or Level 3. You will see four units: two for Bookkeeping and all four for Accounting. Select your desired unit from the options. Your exam will only be conducted for the course you are registered for – either Bookkeeping or Accounting.

Several factors affect the availability of AAT assessment results. Here are three significant factors to consider:

  • Marking methods: Computer-Marked (CM) and Externally-Marked (EM)
  • Study Methods: Standards and End-Point Assessments (EPAs)
  • Assessment Methods – Centre-Based and Remote Invigilation

Most computer-marked assessment results are available within 24 hours or by the end of the next working day after submission. In most cases, you can view the results on your MyAAT portal just after finishing your assessment.

Results for computer-marked under Remote Invigilation are released within 10 working days unless there are any issues.

The externally marked assessment (for centre-based and remote invigilation) and EPA results are available in the portal within four weeks after submission. The results are released on a particular date, which you can check by clicking here. You may need to log in to your MyAAT account.

All results are released within the MyAAT portal, and you will receive an email notification when they are available.

AAT also conducts quality checks periodically. Some computer-marked unit results may take more than 24 hours or occasionally up to two working weeks to process.

Suppose your exam has extra time under “Reasonable Adjustment and Special Consideration” for AAT CBAs. In that case, you must book your exam for the earliest available slot, such as 10:00. Unfortunately, we can’t conduct your exam at any other time slot than the earliest slots on the day due to our operational circumstances. Therefore, please exercise caution when booking your exam under such circumstances. If your booking is for any time slot other than 10:00, we will change it accordingly.

This can be changed at any time, for example, even after booking your exam or if the booking has been approved. At the time of booking or approval, we may not know if your exam has extra time. We will only know when we schedule your exam, which will most likely be on your exam day or a day or two before your scheduled exam date. Please book carefully or be flexible with your schedule.

A booked exam can’t be cancelled. The exam fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any condition. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us before making a booking.

A confirmed/approved exam booking can only be rescheduled once, free of charge. You can request this by emailing us with the new date and time of the planned exam. This will be confirmed subject to availability. The new date and time must be within four weeks of the original date and time. Any further change will incur an additional administration fee of £25 per subsequent change. The first change is free of charge, considering the 48-hour window is followed (as mentioned below).

Exam date changes or rescheduling must be notified by email at least 48 business hours and working hours before the exam time, Monday through Friday only. For example, changes or rescheduling for Saturday exams must be notified by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, and for Monday exams, by 5 p.m. on Thursday. Please be aware of bank holidays, such as Mondays and Fridays, as they are not working hours.
